Company Expands its Extended Enterprise Support offering to include PLM Utilities

 

Pembroke Pines, FL, 33028, October 1, 2014 – Inceptra LLC, a global Product Lifecycle Management Solution provider and largest North American reseller of Dassault Systemes Product Lifecycle Management Solutions, today unveiled Inceptra Advantage Support Plus!,  a comprehensive offer combining Product Support, Service Request Management, a collaborative customer support portal, an extensive knowledge base and media center, and a suite of  PLM Utilities designed to meet the needs of PLM environments requiring ongoing management and support as enterprises expand their PLM deployments. Inceptra Advantage Plus! is available immediately to new and existing Inceptra customers as well as prospective customers who are existing users of Dassault Systemes’ CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and 3DVIA in North America.

 

Inceptra Advantage Support Plus! enables an enterprise to extend the expertise of their PLM specialists to include the knowledge of a best-in-class team of Inceptra engineers and support expertise with unlimited support requests including solution knowledge and process knowledge requests helping customers to fully realize the potential of their PLM investments.

 

New to Inceptra Advantage Support Plus! is the inclusion of a suite of tools branded as Inceptra Utilities addressing a variety of challenges faced by customers as they deploy PLM solutions. These Utilities extend the capabilities of various DS PLM solutions to further optimize and enhance the user experience. Included in the initial availability of Inceptra Advantage Support Plus are:

 

  • Inceptra Rename Utility – This Utility allows users to quickly rename CATIA V5 documents, products and instances completely and accurately every time.  Functionality includes a graphical interface, multiple run-time modes and search & replace capability.
  • Inceptra Titleblock Utility – a unique set of drawing templates which can be used to customize the titleblocks.
  • Inceptra PDF Viewing Utility– providing an effective alternative to the standard visualization environment for ENOVIA SMARTEAM web users enabling expanded ENOVIA use within an enterprise.
  • Inceptra Data Migration Utility* – enabling the import of large data sets into an ENOVIA SMARTEAM environment as well as multi-sourced bulk data load – enabling expanded PLM deployment and PLM system and data consolidation.

Availability of Inceptra Advantage Support Plus! is immediate. Existing Inceptra Advantage Support customers will have an option to upgrade to Inceptra Advantage Support Plus! immediately or upon renewal of their existing Advantage Support contract.
